If you want a specific stall number, the full amount needs to be paid with your application.
A 50% deposit secures participation only; stall numbers will be allocated once full payment is received. The closing date for applications is 15-04-2026. Applications received after the closing date may not be considered.

The Festival management reserves the right to approve products and allocate exhibitor placement at their discretion.
