    1. The minimum tender amount per food or biltong stall will be R3,000. It will include 2 food items. Additional food items will cost R500 extra per item. The full amount must accompany your tender.

    2. No tender will be considered without the full payment.

    3. During the valuation of the tenders the highest tender will be accepted. The final decision will be made by
      Management and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the matter.

    4. Please include photos of your stand and a full price list of items to be sold.

    5. The closing date for tenders will be Wednesday 10 th January 2024 at 12h00. You will be notified if your tender was successful/ unsuccessful.

    6. A full refund to unsuccessful applicants will be made by Friday 12 th January 2024.

    7. A maximum of four (4) exhibitor’s tickets is included in the tender amount. Make provision in your budget should you require more tickets. Additional tickets will be obtainable at the Festival office at the normal tariff of R90 per day. The entry fee for people 60 years and older will be R30 per day

    8. Two (2) vehicle tickets will be allocated to food and biltong stalls. It will be part of the tender amount.

    9. All food and biltong stalls are allowed to sell soft drinks and water.

    10. Warm drinks are only allowed to be sold by the main caterer in the Main hall, the food stall in the Farmers hall and the exhibitors who booked a stall specifically for hot drinks.

    11. The rules and regulations of the Newcastle Health Department must be complied with.

    12. Please inform the office as soon as possible if you will require 3 phase electricity. No heaters, two plate stoves and kettles are allowed to be used.

    13. Only 2 tenders per food item will be allowed. The size of the food / biltong stalls is 8x8m.
