Exhibitor Application Form For Craft Stall

We are excited to announce that the Newcastle Winter Festival, taking place from 29 to 31 May 2025, is offering a

special opportunity for small businesses that specialize in handcrafted items to showcase their work at this much-
anticipated event.

As part of our support for local talent, we’re providing a limited number of 5 x 3 meter stalls in the KLEIN STAL area
The area will be freshly revamped and given plenty of love and creativity in preparation for the festival.
Here’s what makes this space extra special:
The stalls are under a solid, leak-proof roof, so no gazebo is needed.
All you’ll need to bring is your own table, chairs and crate to lock your items in overnight.
There will be security on site in the evenings, and the entire area is enclosed with fencing.
The barn will feature installed lighting for a well-lit display area.
Bathrooms are conveniently located just 60 meters away.
The vibe will be rustic, cozy, and full of handmade charm – perfect for your craft!
