1. The minimum tender amount per food or biltong stall will be R3,000 (Include 2 food items). Additional items: R500 per item. Full payment must accompany the tender.

2. Tenders submitted without full payment will not be considered.

3. Tenders are evaluated on value offered; the highest tender will generally be accepted. Final approval rests with management and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Applicants must submit photos of the stand and a full price list of items to be sold.

5. Closing date: Wednesday, 18 March 2026 Applicants will be notified of the outcome by Monday, 23 March 2026.

6. Unsuccessful applicants will receive a full refund.

7. The tender includes: a. Four (4) exhibitor tickets b. Two (2) vehicle access tickets

8. All food and biltong stalls may sell water. Hot beverages may only be sold by approved vendors.

9. All exhibitors must comply with Newcastle Municipality Health Regulations.

10. Please notify the office in advance if 3-phase electricity is required. No heaters, kettles, or two-plate stoves are permitted.

11. A maximum of two (2) tenders per food item will be approved. Standard stall size: 8m x 8m.
